Heilbronn, March 24, 2010 -- Shure Incorporated is pleased to announce the formation of Shure Distribution Netherlands BV. Starting June 1, 2010, the new subsidiary of Shure Europe, headed by Willem van Zuilekom, will assume responsibility for the distribution of Shure products in the Netherlands and provide sales, marketing and applications support to Pro Audio and Consumer channel partners. The company will be based in Culemborg.
“With the formation of a Shure-owned distribution organization in the Netherlands we take the next step in supporting the positive development of our business in Europe,” explains Markus Winkler, Managing Director of Shure Europe. “Close relationships with our customers are key, and we are proud to have industry experts like Willem and Eric on board to foster those relationships.” Eric Rutten will be responsible for Product Management.

Current Distribution Center TM Audio will continue to represent the brand until May 31, 2010 and continue to be a strategic partner in the Netherlands in the future.
